Has anyone had a response from these people lately? I did a pre-order for the tim holtz inks in Jan. They charged my card THAT DAY, and I now can't get ahold of them, no produc) and it sayes it is available now. (No. 1- don't think they should have charged me for a pre-order until it shipped!), now I email and get some canned message about the snow storm last week, called and their voice mail is full (not a good sign!). Had gotten a email response on 2/11 that all preorders had been shipped. When I go to the tracking at usps, it just sayes that they received info that it was going to be shipped. . .
anyway, wondered if anyone was getting orders from them lately??? any inside scoop on what is going on???
I just got some stamps from them last month....bought them on ebay and had perfect service. I would just email they shipping dept...they have always been great about answering me and I gave them an excellent rating....Have bought from them a few times over the years.
Be careful. Several of us SCSers have been burned by them. It took me a dispute and while of aggravation getting a refund for my order that never ever shipped.
your inks could not have shipped as the new inks were not vailable then. they have only just started shipping them out - my shipment is scheduled to arrive today but i hve yet to see them and it is 7:30 :( i had ONE experience with the owner and it was very very bad so i stay FAR away from them...
from them!! I had a very bad experience with them, and then they had the nerve to send me a "friend" invite for Facebook. Yes, I'll jump right on that when you've given me terrible customer service and I had to open a dispute with Ebay to get my order!!

Wow..I had TWO bad experiences....they never shipped items and when disputed they tried to provide an OLD shipping confirmation. Needless to say, I won the Disputes. These were two seperate instances with the SAME OUTCOME. There are some threads here...I would avoid them like the plague. I know there are honest mistakes...but this company is not HONEST. They lied to try and keep my money and got caught...BEWARE....there are too many great companies here to get stuck with this one.

Gee....I have ordered from them several times and never had any problems. In fact, they shipped very fast, but I won't order from them anymore since there are so many having problems. I don't need that. :(
