Default Shout out for A+ companies

I needed a Sympathy card and went to my favorite Impression Obsession sympathy set. When I took the clear stamp off its sheet, the first few letters remained on the clear storage sheet. I contacted IO and they offered to replace the stamp! I am very happy to do business with companies who stand behind their products.

I've always received great service from Impression Obsession, either by mail or in person at shows.

I had the same thing happen with a Hero Arts set. They sent out a replacement set the very next day. Love Impression Obsession! Last year I was lucky enough to go to their warehouse sale and the staff was wonderful and patient with a room full of stamping ladies!

I had a similar experience with Totally Stampalicious - and it was quite a long time after I bought the set that I discovered that a sentiment I'd previously never used wasn't properly pressed. I sent a photo showing the stamp and the impression it gave and they popped a new set in the post the next day.

I noticed that one of the stamps in my SU set had an extra dot of rubber on it-when my demo called they sent me a whole new set!
I forgot to order an ink pad that my daughter wanted when I placed a large order on cyber Monday. I called to ask if it could get added onto my order and instead they offered to send it separately with no shipping and even sent it directly to my DD. Then to top it off, they didn't even charge me for it saying that I was been such a good customer that they'd just send it!!!!
That's service that goes above and beyond in my book!

As a Canadian, I was so impressed with Freshly Squeezed Stamps. I ordered on Black Friday at around Midnight and received my shipment confirmation by 8:00 am the next day. They have THE CHEAPEST shipping rates to Canada and I had my packaged in less than a week. That never happens when ordering from the US. I went back and ordered more!
