Hi all! I'm back at the hotel taking a short break and thought I'd update my blog (and all my stampin' buddies!) with some photos with what we've been up to.
Check-in was a breeze--just hand them your bag voucher and get your bag! The line was super short and we were there right as they started. The bags are really nice. They are a blue 12x12 tote that will accommodate a scrapbook page. And the convention program is beautiful! As a graphic designer, I can totally appreciate a well-designed book, and this one is definitely gorgeous!
On a somewhat negative note, it's SUPER hot in Denver! And the AC is out in our room!

Carrie, we're at the Comfort Inn. To be fair, the AC isn't *completely* out. It's at about 78 degrees (too hot for me), and we can't control it in our room because the thermostat's broken. We have to call downstairs to the front desk to tell them what temperature we want it at!

Hope it's cooler for you tomorrow! Of course...you'll be inside for the most part, and it seems like the convention centers keep it on the cool side! Have a great time! I'm looking forward to being there next week! And btw...you're cards are adorable...so much detail! Thanks for sharing your photos!

oooh, how did I miss her blog with the photos yesterday??? I checked it out today and amen, sisters! that is so cute with the jumbo outline which I just happen to have downstairs feeling neglected and still unmounted. Sadly, that will have to wait until after convention...I should be stamping now, not reading SCS forums! Jan

Kristina, thanks so much for the pics and info on your blog. It makes me want to start saving now so I can go next year! I have to say that you're above posting was so funny, I live in S GA and the weather this week has been in the mid-90's. 78 is a nice fall day here! :mrgreen: Hope it gets better for you, it's no fun being HOT!

Kristina W's creations rock and so does her web site. I would love to be on the rec'ing end of one of her swaps....but no chance here since I am not going to convention. Sign me up as a charter member of her fan club. And hey, we have the same initials and a last name that is kinda the same!!
