Default A Sharpie find...

I know many have posted using the sharpies to color their stamped tiles and that they get a good deal on the large sharpie set from viking. I ordered a set and love them.

BUT....I was at Wal-Mart the other day and found other colors of sharpies---they had a pack of 5 (or was it 6? don't remember) sharpies in spring colors (pastel pink, green, etc) and a pack in some earthy/rich regal type colors.

Just wanted to share.

Default Sharpies

Last year I bought a 24 pack of fine point Sharpies at Sam's for $10, more or less--I don't really remember. But it has the spring colors and the more regal colors, and you get mulitiples of each color, plus black.
Last time I was there, the still had them in the office supply area.

I also bought the silver metallic Sharpies at Wal-Mart some time back, and FYI--they ROCK!!!!! They are great for writing on dark things like backpacks, coats, boots, lunchboxes, etc. I've used it for writing inside cards made with dark CS, and on a plaque for my son's door doing a wizardy theme (used it to color in stars and swirls). They would probably work on tiles as well. I think if the dog would hold still long enough, he'd probably have silver spots, too!

Default sharpie

OH NO... I just came back from Sam's and didn't even think to look for the Sharpie's. My shame, I guess I'll have to go back another day for something that my DH really may need!!!! LOL

Default Mini Sharpies with Rings at Office Depot

I was in Office Depot the other day and found a set of I believe it was 12 different colors of fine point sharpies for $11. The NEAT, NEAT thing was that they were each about 2.5 inches long and had a metal loop on the end so that you can stick all of them on a keyring to keep them together and since they are smaller, they are great for travelling to workshops or cropping nights, etc.
