Question Running Stamps?

I'd like to combine two of my favorite things - stamping and running. I started running about 18 months ago and have made some great friends. I'd like to make cards/scrapbooks specific to the sport. I am looking for stamps about running - runners, distances (13.1, for ex.), finish lines, etc. I have been coming up empty-handed, though.

Do any of you know where I might find something like this?

No runner image though. I'm still looking for a decent image of an actual runner.

Oooh! I really like those! Thank for the link. This is pretty much what I had in mind, though, I sure do wish they were rubber. I may end up getting this set. Will just have to suck up the fact that it's clear.

If you use digis, you can google for images and often find free ones (like colouring pages) to use. I did a couple quick searches and found these:

running - Google Search

marathon runner - Google Search

Looks like a couple good images there that would be appropriate.

Sometimes being creative with the stamps that we already have works out too. This was a card I made for a friend before her first 1/2 marathon.

Thanks! I am not really a digi person, but some of those images are pretty cool. I am going to take digis into consideration.

Very nice! TFS! I am not sure that even if I spent any time, I could think up something like that, but I will look at what I already have and see if I can think of something "out of the box", like yours.

Thanks! She's pretty cute!

I do hope though, that stamp companies begin to put a few more options out there.

I had never heard of Raisin Boat stamps before this thread. Yeah, you got me! Their images for runners, marathons, triathalons, etc. filled a huge hole in my stamp collection. There are lots of people I know in training for something!

I placed an order at 9:00 on Friday night. They were in my mailbox today. Absolutely great service.
