Default Rubberstamping & scrapbook stores in Minneapolis

Hey there,

I'm on my way next week to Minneapolis, any great scrapbook or rubberstamp stores that are on the must see list in the area?
Besides Archivers in the MOA?

thanks for the tips!
Happy Memorial Day!

Check out "We're Stamping Mad" in Osseo, MN. It has a nice variety of stamps and great samples. Website is: We're Stamping Mad : Stamp Classes & Products in MN

Create-A-Card Studio is 2 hrs. north of Minneapolis. I haven't been in a few years but I remember there was alot of neat stuff in a small space. She tries to carry stamps from different companies not normally carried by other stores. I enjoyed her store. Make sure you call before making the trek there so she will be open. Scrapbooks Ltd., Too is located in Bloomington, MN and is a nice store. Of the stores I've mentioned, this is probably the only store in the Twin Cities area. The others are outside of the Minneapolis area. This week a couple teachers from Copic were teaching a few classes. Crafts Direct is in St.Cloud, MN. It's a store like Michaels and JoAnns only much better and larger. And generally speaking their items are in stock. I believe it's a family run business and not a big chain. They all have web sites for more info. Have fun shopping!

I would second going to Crafts Direct if you can. I drove seven hours last weekend with a friend just to go there. It's seriously fun, and we spent two hours in there looking at just the stamping stuff and paper.

I second Anchor Paper..I go to the one in Minneapolis..lots of stamping stuff and cardstock and envelopes by the pound...I'm there often picking up more paper..oh and you can get Neenah Solar Classic White paper if you are into Copics..works great for those. I would also recommend Paper Depot near the Farmer's Market in Minneapolis...unique papers by the pound or sheet and other cool stuff (paperdepotinc.com). And check out Paper Source in Uptown (Minneapolis)..they have an online site so you can see what they have. I love their stuff, too! Enjoy and have fun!
