Default tough choice

That is a tough choice. I went with alphadots when I recently got my demo kit because it is completely different from any other alphabet out right now.

I would go with Pure & Simple. I have been using this one quite often on my scrapbook pages. I find the alphadots more limiting.

For scrapbooking, I would say Pure & Simple - I just got it and love it. I have Alphadots too, and love them, but they are smaller.

I don't do any scapbooking right now. Just cards. I guess what I was wondering was if Pure and Simple was too big? I'm off to the gallery right now to answer that question!

Absolutely Alphadots! And the 1/2" circle punch to punch them out afterward if you want to place them on your page - they are AWESOME!

I went with alphadots in my starter also, for the same reason as you mentions...pure and simple seemed too big for cards

I stuck with the Pure and Simple in the starter kit...honestly I really don't like any of the bigger alphabets. I am going to do my first scrapbook for my husbands year in Baghdad and I thought the alphadots were kinda cutesy for that.

Default simple type alpha

I just discovered the Simple Type double alpha. I think I'm going to go with that, will be a little smaller for cards! Thanks for all your input!

I have found that for the cards the single alphabets are sometimes to large. I like the doubles for cards and the singles for scrapbooking. I would think the alphadots would be the right size for scrapbooking and cards?? I have a double alphabet now that is retired, so might be looking sometime down the future (when I finally sign up) of trading that for a current double set.
