Elizabeth, I too was missing my packing slip from Viking! When I called Viking to ask about it, first they said that they no longer used them. Then the girl said she was wrong and sent me to the billing department. Long story short, they told me I should have had one (insinuating that I must have thrown it away), and that they could not reproduce one for me. They did e-mail me a document though which makes it clear to ME that I bought the pencils and when they were delivered, etc. Of course the invoice which WAS in the box makes it clear what I bought and when it was delivered too. Anyway, good luck getting your rebate. Hope mine comes through!
