Prismacolor Pencils

My prismacolor pencils came today from Viking. Will spend the weekend getting my pencils sharpened and start to play. I read some place that we had until Feb 7 postdate to get our rebate in as long as pencils were purchased between Nov 1st and Jan 31st. I was upset with Viking as they did not include a packing slip, but I have sent in what I did have and will see if I get it or not.

Elizabeth, I too was missing my packing slip from Viking! When I called Viking to ask about it, first they said that they no longer used them. Then the girl said she was wrong and sent me to the billing department. Long story short, they told me I should have had one (insinuating that I must have thrown it away), and that they could not reproduce one for me. They did e-mail me a document though which makes it clear to ME that I bought the pencils and when they were delivered, etc. Of course the invoice which WAS in the box makes it clear what I bought and when it was delivered too. Anyway, good luck getting your rebate. Hope mine comes through!

TRStamper, I did not have any packing slip at all in my package - zip, just the box of pencils. I cut the address label off my package as that is where it showed the item and all the info. I am praying this will be accepted, as I did not get the $20. off because I had used it on a previous order.
