Colleen~~I will be following you on this one via your blog. I am very close to purchasing a Cameo and have been researching it and the eClips. But the Cameo is what is calling my name the louder-lol.
Try UK Scrappers, they have a very active Craft Robo/Cameo forum, there is always someone around to answer questions and there are loads of free templates to download once you have been a member for a short while.
Stamp TV has a forum group - Silhouette Fanatics. Yahoo groups has one "Silhouette Users" both have great info and pretty quick responses to questions.

UKScrappers as recommended earlier is great- so much help there, and as she said, once you have been a forum member for a month, you have access to hundreds & hundreds of free cutting files. I also discovered that there are a lot of people posting on Pinterest with links to free files!
