Provocraft....
 

I know there has been some issues regarding Provocraft and the Cricut...however, I am pleased with the response I had and the customer service.

I purchased Cuttlebug Organic Flourishes border set years ago and just put them away and not used them (don't go there...daughter says I am a hoarder).

I had all my folders in a binder system and it fell and all the borders fell out. I was on the Provocraft website so I could find out what border folder belonged to what set and I noticed I had two of one and I was missing a border. I contacted Provocraft and they refused to send me just the missing border folder....they sent me a completely new set! So now my daughter gets four borders and I have a complete set.

Kudos to Provocraft for this.
