Does anyone know a poem about fingerprints, having to do with heritage, family, life... that sort of thing? I need this ASAP. I am making a mini scrapbook for the Grandparents for Christmas.
Here is one...
... but not really about family. Just cute.
I know you get discouraged
Because I am so small
And always leave my fingerprints
On furniture & walls
But every day I'm growing
I'll be all grown up some day
And all the smudges that I did
Will surely fade away
So here's another bunch of them
Just so you can recall
Exactly how my fingerprints looked
When I was very small
A whole bunch of poems.......

I wrote this as fast as I could, maybe it will work, maybe not......
Our fingerprints here, our fingerprints there
We leave on this page in order to share...
A message of thanks, one sent from the heart.
To Grandma and Grandpa to acknowledge your part.
By living your lives and creating your past
You’ve molded our future so our heritage will last.
The fingerprints of your heart, your love of us all.
Will carry us forward when we’re grown up and tall.
As we live our lives we'll follow your plan.
Be happy and loving, the best person we can.
This page in your honor will forever hold true
A tribute to our family and dedicated to you.
Thanks for our future, your love and your past.
We promise to love you and not grow up too fast
Awesome!!!! Thank You so much :) :) :) Perfect!
Oh goody! Some more fingerprint poems to add to my collection! :)
