PLEASE HELP!! Still need indexes for 39 sets! Let's get 'er done!!

1 Attachment(s)
The set indexes in the gallery are just AWESOME, but we've still got 39 sets/wheels that sill need indexes made for them (see here & here for info & here for examples if you don't know what I'm talking about :-) ). Basically, we're making indexes of every SU! set in the gallery so we can know at a glance what all stamps come in that set. Attached here is a combined list of what Tasha & Kelle had left. The list will be updated & re-attached here in the first post.

There's no need to let me know when you upload them...I'm only keeping track of getting them assigned. Tracy is keeping a separate list of which ones get uploaded. Please post HERE when you upload yours! I assume that after we get the majority of them assigned, we'll go back through to see which ones still haven't been uploaded & send out reminders (and recruit volunteers from previous uploaders for any sets that aren't volunteered for)!

Please be sure to upload your card into the temporary gallery, "Index Cards" , name it Setname Index (where Setname is the actual name of the set you've indexed) and use the keyword Daven. After it's been approved, it will get removed from that gallery (as well as your own personal gallery) and reassigned to the gallery of the user name, galleryindex. If you haven't already, you really should check out the ones that have been done already! What a talented (and gracious!) bunch of women (and men!) we have here on SCS!!

Thank you in advance for contributing your time & talents to helping us finish this project!!

Leslie

As of 09/16/06, these 39 are still available (and I think there are several from the original lists that never got done...check the gallery & if you see a set that needs one, DO IT!!):

ETA: Cleaning up my posts. Removing the lists to avoid confusion. The current list is in the 1st post now!

specialkx3 07-10-2006 01:39 PM

I cannot wait until we can edit again!!! Here is the correct link for the galleryindex gallery. And please excuse the typos above!

Also, what I'm doing is in addition to what Tasha & Kelle are doing...they're still very much involved (indispensable) in this project! :-D

I thought I had already volunteered for the jumbo wheel, Bouquet. If not, I'll do it. I'll also do Everyday Expressions.

jstarbright 07-10-2006 02:10 PM

Scented Garden is done.

specialkx3 07-10-2006 09:20 PM

Steph, I put you down for Ruff Play & Say Something Nice (on my copy, which I'll update in the previous posts if we ever get our EDIT function back!). As far as I can tell, Tricky Treats is the one seen here: http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/ga...y.php?cat=3278 Do you have that one?

Cat, I'm putting you down for Bouquet (thanks for letting us know!!) & Everyday Expressions. Thanks!

Joni, thanks for letting me know. Sorry I missed it in the other thread.

If anyone else sees anything that shouldn't still be on the list, please let me know! :-)

Belle 07-11-2006 06:07 AM

I am confused....

Which is actually a very normal state for me  ! When I bring up the spread sheet in this thread it is mostly white...as in unspoken for. When I went back to the other one thread and clicked on the sheet it is mostly green...spoken for.

Is that what you meant when you said there were editing issues ? Or is my computer confused too ? I want to help with this if I can but just don't know what is really needed now. I can put a request out to my in town friends to borrow sets once I know what we really need. Would still need to mail my indexes to someone else to scan and post though.

You gals are doing an awesome job with this. Can't wait till they are all done and up. The ones that are uploaded already are f-a-b-u-l-o-u-s !

I'm sorry about that. Here it is again. And it is a sticky at the top of the General Stamping Talk forum. http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/fo...d.php?t=158635

basketballmom 07-11-2006 05:02 PM

At this point, the only thing I can do is the Everyday Blossoms Jumbo Wheel, but I'm willing to do that.

One of my friends may be willing to do more, I'll check with her.

This is so exciting! I feel like I'm contributing!

SDiegoGal 07-11-2006 05:19 PM

On the original thread and spreadsheet, I am listed as doing In Any Event. But here, it says it is available. I would still like to do it.

lizb 07-11-2006 05:24 PM

I can do watercolor fun

EmGee458 07-11-2006 05:32 PM

Home Run, Peaceful Pastoral and True Love are done and uploaded.

MonTigg 07-11-2006 06:04 PM

I can do: Palabras Maravillosas (when I get it next week or so!), Fairies and handstiched holiday!

Happy Heart 07-11-2006 07:01 PM

I can do Cottage Rose. It's the only one on the list that I have!

sbarnet 07-11-2006 09:33 PM

I uploaded Unfrogettable, Basket full of Fun, and Olive You yesterday and I just found the original list and someone else was signed up. I was working off Kelles list and I think because they were minis and preorders they got on both lists. Just an FYI. I was also signed up for Blossoms Abound and someone has their name by that one on your list. I know this is a big undertaking I just wanted to let you guys know.

steph

specialkx3 07-11-2006 09:42 PM

Gail, I put you down for Everyday Blossoms

Michelle, I'm sorry...that was the problem with two lists. I gotcha down for it now!

Liz, I put you down for Watercolor Fun.

Mary, thanks for doing those! I'm fixing to go look at them. :-)

Aubrey, I put you down for those 3. Can't wait to see the Fairies one!!

Happy Heart, I put you down for Cottage Rose.

Thanks, Ladies!! We're down to 94 now! :-D

Sorry I haven't been able to update the top post yet. We're working on it!!

Leslie

specialkx3 07-11-2006 10:16 PM

Hi Steph,

I must have been composing my message when yours came through because it wasn't there when I started it. Sorry!!

Anyway, you're right, we found out too late that some of them were on both lists & several sets ended up with more than one stamper. I'm so sorry that it affected so many of yours! Please go ahead & upload yours, too if you've already made them. They'll sticky both of them! Some people have signed up & not been able to do them afterall, so I sure don't mind having back-ups! Besides, I love seeing the different versions...really shows the versatility of the set!

Leslie

Cat 07-12-2006 04:54 AM

Last night, I uploaded index prints for Bouquet, Around & About, and Little Pieces. More to come.

EmGee458 07-12-2006 06:30 AM

You listed "Simple Seasons". Do you mean "Simply Seasonal"? If so, I have it and can do that one, too. Let me know...

EmGee458 07-12-2006 06:36 AM

Never mind- I answered my own question! There are too many sets with "simple" and "simply" in the title I get SO confused!

scrown8301 07-12-2006 06:44 AM

I can do Build A Blossom and Maternal Instincts (those are the only two I have). I will be gone today and tomorrow but I can get them done on Friday if that's o.k. Thanks!

nasmith1701 07-12-2006 10:03 AM

I can do all around argyle and birds of prey!

specialkx3 07-12-2006 10:49 AM

Sharon & Nikki, I put you both down for the two you offered to do. We're down to 90!!!!

Leslie

blueyes63 07-12-2006 11:21 AM

I will do Festive Hanukkah.

raduse 07-12-2006 06:07 PM

I can also do sampler sayings, dry brush jumbo wheel, and elegant angel.

kellestamps 07-12-2006 07:06 PM

I can do Crayon Cuties (I forgot I had that set--I get it's name mixed up with Crayon Fun...)

Leslie, I can't thank you enough for taking over the list effort! You are doing a great job!

Kelle
