Default cricuit/Cuttlebug

I was recently in the U.S. getting some warranty work done on our car and decided to kill some time at a Joannes. While browsing I noticed that all the cuttlebug embossing folders had new names on them. Above the regular cuttlebug name (as they usually are) then right above in orange the word Cricuit with the little symbol. I know they are both made by Provo Craft but wondered if Anyone knows why they are now labeled Cricuit Cuttlebug? the folder I purchased is a 2012 Christmas tree.
Just curious, have asked at local stores and they don't have these. They come with a cardboard backer with an extra 1" embossing folder. they are not packaged like the recent ones in the acetate pillow box container.

Anyone else seen these?
