Default please help! Looking for tutorial but forgot name!

I am looking for a tutorial for the box style album that opens up to reveal many layers inside for photos and journaling. I thought it was called an explosion box, but aparently not. I sure hope someone remembers what it is called of can help me find the tutorial. Thanks in advance.

It is an explosion box - the tutorial is right here in the Resources section. HTH!

It is called a Scrapbook in a Box (but I think some people call it something different). I looked through the tutorials here but didn't see it called by that name so I googled and found this site.

HTH

that box is not a mini album, it is just a box! The one I am looking for has multiple pages inside. Thanks anyways!

Ooops, sorry - that'll teach me not to look right down the tutorial! We actually do use the name "exploding box" here in the UK for what you're describing so I thought it was the same thing. Somebody did a tutorial for a pyramid version too, I'll see if I can find that for you and post the link.

OK, not the tutorial I've seen before but the same principle - here. Depends on your pics and embellies I guess but it makes a nice change from the cube ones!

Default cool, thanks!

great instructions and I love the pyramid version too. I might be more likely to use the pyramid one as place to add some sort of writing like a journal because the photos would have to be pretty small or triangular! the one in the post is beautiful!

Default Exploding Box Album

Thanks for linking up to my Pyramid Box Tutorial!

I made a 4 inch square one before I went to the pyramid shape.
http://marielovestostamp.blogspot.co...box-album.html

It holds a TON of photos but I found that the lid kept falling apart so I altered it HERE http://marielovestostamp.blogspot.co...t-my-crop.html

If you follow the same directions as in the Pyramid Box Tutorial but omit the cutting into triangles part you'll get the square version.

The lid is just a 4 x4 lid with 3/4 inch side sections for the flaps!
