I was going to suggest a digital paper as well. I love Shery K Designs. She uses beautiful colour combinations and she has a couple different paper packs with animal prints in pink. Here's a link: Shery K Designs
The nice thing about digital paper is you never not buy enough paper - you just print out another sheet if you need more. I usually print on brochure or presentation paper to get the best quality and proper colour. It will be slight muted in colour if you print on plain white cardstock, but that might be a good option if you are doing baby shower invitations.
