You can mix it in a liquid medium and paint with it, but I prefer stamping an image with Versamark and brushing on the Pearl Ex. I use a tissue to gently clear away any excess. I think Pearl Ex is the best thing since, as my father would say, sliced bread! lol

I'm sure, if you look through the techniques forum, you will find lots of tips on how to use Pearl Ex.

Stamp your image in Basic Black or Basic Brown and then take future floor was, a paint brush and the pearl ex and color in your image as if you were watercoloring. When it dries it has a beautiful shine and doesn't require any kind of sealing. Gorgeous detail and look. Hope that helps.

There is probably more info in the Techniques area of the site, but I'm attaching a list I've compiled from the various places I've seen techniques. Hope this helps!

Default Pearl Ex

In response to the Pearl Ex, I stamp with Versa Mark and then sprinkle on Heat and Stick, heat that until it is wet looking then use a Q-tip and dab on the pe. I then use a swifter cloth and remove excess. Looks great.

Wow - thank you for the list of uses for Pearl Ex.

I have actually had most of them from before SU began carrying them. [My wonderful husband bought them as a boxed set for me as a gift.]

Now I can use them
