I personally feel that their products are not that great. They are on the cheap end.

Last year for Christmas I bought some chipboard albums to make personalized calendars as presents. The albums warped as I was making them.

Here is the kicker...if I used lumpy bumpy embellishments I could understand that. What did I use? Just pattern paper and cardstock!

I ordered a few times a few years ago and it was rather hit and miss with stuff. The prongs on the backs of brads were super flimsey, the rubber on a few stamps did not take ink well, even after conditioning. The white metal lunch boxes were fine. Can't remember any more details right now. I guess it's buyer beware but you may strike gold.

Yes, VERY hit and miss....I've ordered LOTS from them as a teacher and same goes with their general crafts-hit and miss. I say buyer beware also.

Love the glue dots tho. Always buy them when my sister is buying stuff for Sunday School! I get the mini in the bags. Hate rolled dots.

I ordered about six of the metal lunch boxes one year. Two out of the six came dented or the latches were broke. I had to have them send me two new ones. Eventually, one of them that I used all the time, the handle came off. I agree, most of it is not good quality.

I order from them a couple times per year. It can be truly hit or miss as far as quality. Some things are fine and others seem to have been made on another planet. One thing that comes to mind is I ordered a lot of Fourth of July items as that is my sister's birthday and we always have a family gathering with lots of kids. All the hair accessories were perfect, however the one that really disappointed the kids was the mini bubbles bottles were moldy when the caps were unscrewed.

I do carefully read the customer reviews of anything I am considering ordering and always leave feedback on the items I buy so that others will have the info available before they order.

Some of their stuff is very costly too.

Martha Stewart Score board sells for $30.00 + shipping.

I just bought one from Michael's using a 50% off coupon.

Mike's sell there's for $19.99

I'll never forget the year our youth group ordered some goodies for decorations for a dinner they were sponsoring only to find that the cute little fishbowls they'd ordered for centerpieces were about as big as walnuts!

Yes I agree it is hit or miss. I ordered some Christmas designer paper last year and the paper was real thin and the designs were very faded. I was really disappointed.

I find their paper to be extremely thin. I think you really have to be cautious when ordering. I ordered 10 things scraping related and was only happy with 1 thing. If I had seen them in person I would never have bought them and I am the queen of cheap.
Good Luck

I go on-line and order only from the sale stuff that is dirt cheap that way I'm not out too much money if the product is crappy. I order mainly the little craft kits for my first graders to do when they're stuck inside for recess. I've also ordered stuff from the scrapbooking catalog and have been disappointed in some things but most are just fine.
