My project this weekend is to clean out and reorganize the craft room...i've been working in bits and pieces and boy, is it a mess!! Wish me luck...maybe i'll have some pictures when i'm done...
Oh, and if no one hears from me for a while, please come rescue me from under stacks of stamps and paper!!!

Yes, keep us posted of your progress Organizing is always a challenge for me. I always think of it as time I could be stamping, lol. Of course, then things get out of control and I can't even find a place to stamp on my table!
Good luck! I'll be in your shoes soon. I need to paint my stamp room and I'm highly tempted to box everything up first then put it all back together when I'm done. That way I can get things 'right' where they need to be...and maybe convince DH I'm in *need* of a few things from IKEA. I don't think I could stay away from my stamps for as long as that will take. Instead I think I'll just move things out from the walls and 'work around it.' Ugh...what a chore. Inspire me with some before and afters!

Oooh, we must be twins, Tracy! *giggle*

My stamp area was a disaster and I couldn't finish my swaps. Finally dove in and got it done a few nights ago (planned on going to a movie but cleaned instead!). Still haven't found one missing scissors but lots of good things turned up and I have an spot to actually stamp.
Good luck!

I too need to clean my stamp room.....we just recently moved so I'm still unpacking, but in order to find things I'm looking for I need to keep unpacking boxes... oiy! I did take a before shot though.... so we'll see what "after" looks like... OH and I decided that I had unmount ALL my stamps, so needless to say it's a disaster in here... I'm surprised I found the computer LOL
Ha ~~ I just did this myself. I only have a small space, but there was stuff EVERYWHERE! I just never bothered to put anything away. So I bought some cubes & shelves, & tackled it last week. I have "before" & "after" pics on my blog. Nothing exciting, like I said my space is small but at least everything has a place now!!!

Hmm. This is actually exactly what happened. I stalled and now it's a HUGE mess. I'd be embarrased to post the befores!!

If you room is as bad as mine you should take safety precautions - have plenty of water, snacks, wear comfortable clothing, and maybe leave a trail of glitter so you can find your way back to the door or maybe tie one of those orange flags to your hiney so the resuce dawgs can find you!!
Good luck and when you're done can you come do mine, pretty please....
