Gotta question for all the stamper/scrapper/demos/consultants out there - do you have your office in your stamp/scrap area or stamp/scrap in your office area? Or do you keep them completely separate - business and creativity don't mix?
I have a table in my living room...it is my stamping table. I contains (or at least it TRIES to contain) all of my stamping stuff, business or pleasure. I have organized it so that I can stamp, scrapbook, or use it for classes/demo stuff. I wish I had a separate room for it. It often looks like a tornado blew through....
I'm very fortunate that I have the den to have all of my scrappin, stampin and office all in the same area. Office is in about 1/4 the space and the rest goes to all the craft supplies. Although you wouldn't know that my office stuff is in here because it's all hidden in cabinets.
M ystamp room (aka "studio!") is also my office/computer room. The computer and file cabinet are in one corner and the rest of the stuff takes up the remainder of the room.
Right now I have a table pulled up next to the computer desk so I can do online and computer business and stamp/scrap at the same location. But most of my stamping/scrapping supplies are somewhere else and I have to go get everything to work on a projects. I'm debating on whether I need separate the two area - whether I would be more productive if I separated the two areas. Any ideas or input?
Like I said above all of my things are in the same place. I find it more convient for one and plus I use my computer for my stampin and scrappin stuff so it would be hard to have it in two different places. Just make sure that you have some boundries between office and craft............when they get mixed up ITS CRAZY!!! I speak from experience =) Hope this helps.
I have the area where our kitchen table should go and I have my office/stampin stuff altogether and I love it. I can surf the net or pay bills or stamp without ever leaving my comfy chair.

We had our computer in the same room as we call my stamp room, so I guess you could also call it an office, lol. We recently pulled the desk and computer out and brought it to the living room.
I do miss being able to pull up SCS and see techniques and cards, leaving them on the screen and whip something up. ;)
DH and I live in a Cape Cod-style house, with two bedrooms on the first floor and two bedrooms on the second. Our bedroom and DD's bedroom are downstairs and we used the upstairs rooms as offices (we had to have our own b/c I'm too much of a slob ;-) ). My office was used mostly for stamping (meaning it took up most of the room!) but my computer was also in there. However, I'm pregnant with #2 so we're moving things around. My stamping area is now in the basement in the laundry room -- as awful as it sounds I actually LOVE it! I have all my classes in the basement anyway so now all my supplies are right there. So now my computer/business stuff is separate from my stamping stuff and I actually like it better!
