I have 2 sons graduating this year - one from med school, one from law school! My med school student is married and his wife is making his announcements. She's EXTEMELY crafty. Well, my law school student wants ME to make his! I don't want to CASE my daughter-in-law's work, so any ideas??? I think I want to go elegant and simple but I'm stuck other than that! TIA

Mmmm... I think that it is Gina K designs that has a really cute set called "Dr. Feelgood". Very cute for the med student. The only attorney stamp I know of is a "Bella". Won't work for your son who is a "Fella". I am trying to brainstorm and come up with a cute attorney idea for you
Right if you want something less formal but still nice - how about a card with half a tie (school colors - plain colours but a "tie tack" with school emblem) down the left side and details on the right.
Congratulations on both of your sons' accomplishments! There was a color challenge a few weeks ago with sahara sand, black and white that might work nicely for a graduation announcement. You might want to look through that challenge gallery. Also, notimetostamp posted this graduation card that could be adapted for an announcement: Grad Check Holder by notimetostamp at Splitcoaststampers. Good luck with your project!

Anyone with some cool idea's please post them.

I'm looking at some stamps from Technique Tuesday at the moment that have measuring/scientific/tools -for men's/teenage boys cards in general that I think are quite stylish/adult rather than cute. They may be worth looking at. And there are grid/notebook pattern backgrounds out and about I've seen these at Cornish Heritage Farms.
