Need help creating 4-H project rule book for card making project

Our county 4-H council has decided to add card making as a 4-H project. I was asked yesterday by a member of our 4-H council to create the project manual.

If anyone is involved with 4-H and has a card making project handbook, could you share a copy of your project manual with me? I'll gladly pay for shipping.

If anyone has seen cards on display at a 4-H fair, please share how the cards were displayed.
