Default Need a background technique - Help!!

I have been trying and trying to do the Bubble background technique - the one with dish soap and re-inkers. I just can't get it to work. I am really getting frustrated.
Anyway, I heed a background that looks like bubbles for an upcoming stamp camp that I am hosting. I don't want to use bubble wrap.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Mary

Do you have a circle stamp? (any size) If you take the circle stamp (solid circle) and roll the edges along the stamp pad so not all of it is filled in it looks like bubbles. I'll attach links where I used this for the same effect.

Default Bubbles

I used Fishy Friends for my last stamp camp and needed a bubble background too. I embossed acetate using the squares and minis brass template (the sun center), inked the embossed side using Tempting Turqouise with the brayer. Placed it over glossy inked side down, placed a scrap paper over that and rolled the brayer back over. It turned out really neat and I sold a ton of templates and styluses.

Hope this helps!
