Name of a stamp set?

Did SU have a stamp set that went with the paper pack that has clouds, umbrellas, ect? And do any of you know what the paper pack is called?

Good Neighbors stamp set had DSP called Welcome Neighbors but I didn't see any umbrella's. I'm on my phone so I couldn't get a good look...

The mini that ran from January through May had a paper pack called "Sunshine & Sprinkles", and the "Oh, Whale" and "Rain or Shine" stamp sets were the co-ordinates...
