I've seen people post about companies before - both positive and negative and thought I would never do that...but here I am.
I cannot say enough good things about Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps! Love the selection and quality...price is reasonable....but here's the thing: my DH is HUGE on customer service and I guess it's rubbed off on me because I find that customer service is a major thing for me...and even though the stamps are great and they are priced good - if the service wasn't there - I wouldn't be back. Let me tell you - I've been back! Multiple times! I placed an order one day and seemed like I blinked and it was in my mailbox! I think they are trying to break the speed record cause every time it seems they arrive faster and faster! And one time someone generously sent me a gift certificate via email and - like a goober - I deleted it...but true to the outstanding customer service I have received - they searched for it and found it!!! So mega-kuddo's to Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps!
I've only ordered from them once, a few months ago, and I got super fast service as well. I participate in their release challenges, and everyone seems very friendly. I have a pretty big wish list so I know I'll be ordering more soon. In fact, I'm considering ordering their entire April release, because I really liked everything in it.

Julie - you can't go wrong...I loved the whole April release too...but only ordered a couple of them....had to have the little bear bee and then that calla lily set - wow!
Korin and I were both CTMH consultants back in another life and I got to know her in an online group way back then, and I can honestly say that she is one of the sweetest, most generous people I've ever met. Totally down-to-earth and real, too. I had the pleasure of meeting with her face to face a few years ago, and she's just the same - a great girl with a great company and great values! Did you know that the company started because she couldn't find a stamp she wanted (I believe it was a knight), so she drew it herself? Everyone in our CTMH group encouraged her to make it into a stamp, and that was the beginning of the amazing company that it's grown into now. Kudos to Korin and her staff for paying attention to what matters!
Wowie, I just stumbled on this thread and, of course, had to check it out ;). Thank you for your kind words, everyone. I am humbled and blessed, truly. May God receive the glory....for without Him, there would be no Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps . He deserves all of the credit for it's success.

I've been part of this team for just over a year now, and I can say without reservation that Korin is one of the best people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I know firsthand how important her customers, team members, and friends are.
And speaking as a team member....WE all love the Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps customers! You are all so supportive of us, our projects, and our activities (blog hops, release parties, etc). And we REALY love to see what you create using the stamps and dies!
I have to jump in and agree with all that has been said about SNSS!! I've been with the team for about three years now, after meeting Korin at a stamping event (and instantly loving her!) and I can honestly say this is the best team ever!! Love the stamps, the entire team, the designs...everything!!
YES to everything above! I am so honored to be with the team and Korin. She is just the SWEET-est person and I am so glad to know her (even thought we haven't met yet). Customer service is fabulous and I love the prices. Great quality stamps and awesome images! Also love the dies! :o)
Yes, yes, yes! As a member of SNSS DT I can say that Korin is super sweet! I love the stamps quality, designs and Bible verses. Not too many companies include that in their collection, but for Korin that's a priority. To God be the glory!
I have to agree . I love her and her stamps but the thing I love most is that she loves Jesus and gives God the glory! I have been with her is some capacity almost since the beginning and I have been so blesses by her friendship!
And I just LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Cocoa!!
I was blessed with a Sweet N Sassy win a few months back and the stamp set I chose was Cocoa Birthday, with the sweet little guy peeking around birthday hat. Now I want the one with him with the tea cup and the one where he's coming out of a present. He is sooooo CUTE!!!
