I am thinking about getting a scrapbooking/papercraft subscription for my mother-in-law for her birthday. I usually pick up Creating Keepsakes for myself, but not sure if that's still the most popular or if people are reading others now...
Can you let me know what some of your favorites are? Or, have you moved to online sources for inspiration??
If she scrapbooks more than she makes cards, I would say CK is very good. If she makes cards, Papercrafts is good. I subscribe to both CK and Papercrafts. I scrapbook and make cards.
I like Simple Scrapbooks, a sister publication to CK, the layouts are simple but look really nice. I also like Scrapbooks, etc. from Better Homes & Gardens because they have a great layout sketch section in the back that you can tear out. There are just too many choices of magazines!
why not broaden her scrapping paper projects with paper crafts, love it.
I have done a lot of cards with my computer for the verses and scrap
paper for the cards.
