Did you do the packing and moving yourself or did you have a moving company do it for you? If a moving company did it, give them a list of what is lost and the value. They should reimburse you for what they lost. That happened to us one time. Unfortunately for you, if any of the items are retired you probably won't be able to replace any of them. Hopefully the box will show up soon.
I so hope the box turns up. We moved about a year and a half ago and just a little while ago some stamps turned up that I was sure were in never never land. Hope you are able to locate them. Feel your pain.

OMG!!! I hope it turns up! We moved in late Jan and are woefully behind in unpacking so I don't even know if anything is missing yet.

OK,take a breath and think about finding something else, that is my sad but only tip. I try to focus on looking for something else and in looking for that I often find what I was missing to start with. Had that happen when we moved it was a box of "Special and sentamental items" I keep in my stamp room and it ended up in a box in a closet. GOOD LUCK
