Default Looking for tutorial for paper wreath

Does anyone know where I can find directions or a tutorial for the attached picture? I have searched but couldn't find anything.

Here is a video to make smaller ones like the wreath, but you don't need a template or pattern. Monica shows how to free hand cut these. You can just begin with a larger piece of paper to get a wreath.
