Default Linen Weave Cardstock

I love the CAS style, and Biggin's gallery is one of my favourites. I particularly love the linen-weave cardstock she uses. Can anyone point me in the right direction to get this type of cardstock here in Canada?

I got some ivory linen-weave from Marco's Paper - don't know about their shipping charges to Canada.

I think that a lot of what Biggan uses is Bazzill, which should be easy to find in most bricks and mortar shops and Canadian mail-order (it's certainly what she lists in her write-ups most of the time). Just watch, as they have several different textures including smooth.
What I'd call linen-weave is quite a bit finer than the Bazzill texture. Bridget Finlay uses it on some of her cards, like this one here:Rainbow Hearts by bfinlay - Cards and Paper Crafts at Splitcoaststampers

Thanks uncbbalfan and Cook22. I'll check Marcos, but usually the shipping costs make paper way to expensive. I'll also check to see if I can get Bazill here in white. Usually all I can find at Michaels is coloured. I really like the heavy texture of Biggan's cardstock. I'm hoping I can find a supplier in the eastern part of Canada. I'd like to buy 50 sheets or so of it.

One Crazy Stamper (Canadian) sells textured Bazzill for only 52 cents a 12 x 12 sheet. Great prices and reasonable or free shipping depending how much you spend.

They have Lily White on their website but you would probably have to make sure it's the texture you're looking for: Blacks, Grey Whites

Thanks Jennifer. Actually, they are not far from me (about 1 hour). I'll phone them and ask what the texture looks like. On-line it says "criss cross" texture????

Just another "vote" for Scrapping Great Deals. If you subscribe to her newsletter, she frequently has deals on shipping.

Criss cross is not the texture you're looking for .
If you look down the right-hand side of this page you'll see a header bar that says Cardstock. By clicking to enlarge the images in any of the headings, you can see the texture better. The one you want is just the regular monochromatic cardstock.

I love the look of the monochromatic Bazzill paper! Looks like Burlap also is a nice texture. Does anyone know how heavy this paper is, compared to Papertrey or Gina K's heavyweight paper?

I don't know how it compares, but personally I find it slightly too light to use as a card base, unless there are few layers and embellishments. I'll often rather use it as a card front on heavier cardstock.

Thanks Cook22 - That's exactly what I am looking for. Now to check out the sources given to me to see what it would cost to ship/mail me about 20 sheets of it.
