I love this idea but our wall plates don't have any screw holes (only older houses do now) so I'd have to figure out a way to drill them or find old stock.

She did a really great job.
you could go on a fun scavenger hunt-check out jucnk/thrift shops. could be great fun. grab a few girlfriends. go digging. then out to lunch.
if that doesn't work-bet a dremel could easily drill on them
I think I'd go with the girlfriends first, gotta get that coffee and shop in first,
then ask hubby to drill the needed hole, the best of both worlds LOL
I wanted to share the cute little tooth fairy tins that I made. I used the stamp from SU and the tins are ones you find in the wedding section (got mine for 50% off), there are 30 to a container. This was very quick and easy to make. Oh, I did cut a circle piece batting for the inside for the tooth to sit on.

I am a hobbyist only, the full time job does not leave me a lot of time to plan workshops and clubs. And the area I live in is packed with SU demo's, a couple of them make Founders Circle every year, so there is a lot of competition for customers.
Here is a cute co-worker valentine: Pleasant Home: Easy Peasy Tic Tac Halloween Gift
even though it says halloween, just switch your cardstock and your good to go, really for any kind of occasion!
Great ideas! I did a '55 days of holidays' on my blog and am already looking for ways to improve it for next year. My first plan is to start making the stuff now!
