Cool

I found the bingo cards I thought I had lost forever. Of course I found them after I started cutting up 30 more sheets of cardstock. Then I grabbed the wrong stamp set, so I have four more hrs here at work, and not be able to finish anything up.

GRRRRRRRRRRR!!!

Thank you for helping.

The grandsons school parties are next week, and I am getting into my usual time crunch panic. With the family going to Dallas for the state championship game for the high school my kids went to, at the Dallas Cowboy stadium no less, Saturday night Christmas parties, time is running out. The teachers like the baked goods I made them at Halloween, I found plain glass pedestal cake plates at WalMart, will buy the ingredients for some of my holiday recipes, scrap them the recipe cards, pile everything up on the plate, tie it all up with big red ribbon, throw in some Christmas cards, and that way they can bake at their leisure, and have a pretty plate to use during any holiday.

Whew, one less thing on my list to do.

When my daughter got out of college, and started her first teaching job, by the time she made the car payment, paid rent, paycheck was gone, we had to supply the basic necessities of life for her, so I always get the teachers something they can definitely use.

Well - time is ticking away and it is so UNFAIR for the posting of the Almond Roca cookies and candy! LOL (just kidding!) They both sound yummy - just wondering if I would have time to get some made! Today I finished up the 12 coca packet favors, 2 sets of stamped jumbo tea light candles in boxes, stamped 5 candles with snowflakes with a matching tag (for a last minute order for someone), a full size quilt, a lap quilt top, and 5 more memo tins, and the rest of the snowmen smores! Just need to finish hand quilting a quilt and finish the laptop quilt that I did today, and make all my cookies...........YIKES - and I am playing on the computer!!!

Wink

When I awoke this morning, I just asked God to help me make it through the day. Dr's appt, more holiday errands, then home to gather up all the supplies I needed to work on this evening while waiting to x-ray patients from the ER.
The lab technician seeing my stress, offered to fill candy bags for the Rudolph spares candy bags, another co worker stapled ribbon on Christmas bingo gift sacks. I dropped my paper cutter when coming across the parking lot with arms full, didn't break it completely, but I could make it through the evening. I had a package waiting at my work station for a Hobby Lobby gift card, more than enough to replace the paper cutter.

I am an hour ahead of my calculated schedule.

God has more than kept his promise for me today.

Now back to finishing up the stuff for the bingo games.
