Kudos to Ellen Hutson Customer Service
Was getting ready to come up with an idea for a birthday card so I pulled out the things I just purchased from Ellen Hutson's latest release. I noticed that one of the dies looked a little wonky. I called EH and spoke with Carly. She couldn't have been nicer. She told me to go ahead and try running it through my die cut machine to be sure that it will actually affect the cut. I did and it did. She got my order number and told me they'd get a new one in the mail to me today.
No fuss, no muss.
