Just wondering if anyone has ordered from kidstamps.com before??

I sent them an email last week and they never responded. Doesn't make me want to order from them.

I've ordered from them several times and had no problems with them.

The reason I ask is that I placed an order in October and haven't gotten it yet. I emailed in Nov. and they said they were running behind and please be patient. Ok...it happens. But it's almost February and I haven't received it :( I've sent several emails and tried calling on at least four different occassions and nobody answers the phone and there's no answering machine. I'm frustrated!!
sparcl77-Just curious if you've ordered from them lately or was it a long time ago?
superjen-I think you're smart to hold off on ordering from them until you hear back from them. I'd love to know if they contact you.

If it is still less than 90 days you may be able to file a charge back through your credit card company, but most only allow it for 90 days. Goodluck, I hate to hear this type of thing and you have evidently been way more patient than I would be.
