Kidney stone card, need ideas of humour

I have a man friend who is in the process of passing kidney stones. I would like to send him a card to make him laugh. Any ideas would be appreciated. My husband came up with "They say you are dumber than a stone" on the outside and inside "But I hear you are passing them!" This one will be my last resort. HELP!

This is something that I just thought up and may not be suitable for everyone:

"I don't know what's worse...rocks in your head or stones in your kidneys....."
Then on the inside....."they say stupid is forever but at least yours will pass" ;)
