Keurig K-cup box

I remember a while back that someone posted a template for a cute box that held individual Keurig K-cups inside it. I did a search on the gallery but just came up with a bunch of cards made with those new plastic cups SU is selling (which are cute, but just not what I'm looking for).

I'm also looking for a website that sells k-cups individually (so I can taste lots of different ones and decide what I want to buy). I figured if someone knew about this template, they might know about that website too.

Big Cat Coffees doesn't have individual K-Cups, but it does have custom boxes of 25 K-Cups that you can mix in groups of 5. You could get 5 flavors per box that way. Here's more info: http://www.bigcatcoffees.com/purrfect_pack.cfm
