Default new company?

So...the above quote from Stamping Bella was a few years ago. Does anyone know if the co. came to be and if so, what it is called?

Yep, the company she started is aptly named 'Stamping Bella' and her store is here:

There is also a Hanukkah set, with various designs of dreidels, that I saw when I searched The Rubber Cafe website. I didn't see any other holidays.

I only saw Chanukah stamps. Enter Judaica in the search. I'm in the market for new year things. I will be teaching a card making in Aug. I'm thinking about apple stamping and cutting my own sponges then use rubber sentiments.

Here is a few more links for stamps. The third one that has the "xmas" reference in the link has on that page Judaica also. The blog reference has more stamp links on the right side, lower on down as well as links for cards she has created and cards from others.

I would like to send a friend of mine a card for Rosh Hashanah. When is this holiday? My calendar (I only have one because I mostly use the calendar on my phone) doesn't have any Jewish holidays listed.

Jewish holidays start at sundown and go to sundown the next day. This year Rosh Hashanah starts Sept. 28th.

That's very nice of you. For future reference, you can go to Jewish Holidays | Hebcal Jewish Calendar for dates. Rosh Hashanah this year begins, as Annie said, at sundown Sept 28th and goes through sundown Sept 30th.

Smile Shana Tova

Shana Tova to those who are celebrating and happy Autumn to all. I'm so glad I found this thread. I am a Jewish stamper and am happy to find that there are others out there too. Shalom Y'all (Ok, I'm from NYC, that doesn't work as well ).

I just purchased a nice size order from Zum Gali Gali (seriously could have bought nearly the entire catalogue) to make my Rosh Hashana cards and I'm having the most fun with these stamps. I just love their images. They are so versatile and work together brilliantly. It's a very unique style that I haven't seen elsewhere.

The stamps are of great quality and the price (even for shipping) is really reasonable (hence my super large order). The service can't be beat. Arlene is awesome. I received this gorgeous hand printed card in the mail along with part of my order (not to mention a few freebies). I don't know if these cards are for sale, but whoa-- simply stunning! In case I get busy or lazy next year.. I think I'm gonna look into that (shh.... no one needs to know).

Even if you aren't making a Jewish themed card, you have to check out their musicians, joyful noise, dancers or circle of dancers stamps. You can do so many things with these. My mind is just dancing with ideas.

Anyways, cheers and sweet blessings,
Doreen

Welcome GDoreen! I also love Zum Gali Gali stamps! I've got several for Rosh Hashanah -- the cut apple, and the 2 shofars. I don't remember how long ago I found her. I also have a stamp that I use for Welcome to your New Home -- a circle of houses with "Shalom" printed in the middle. Her work is just great, isn't it!

Hi Tracis Mom! That's a pretty old post. Emily is from Stamping Bella. I believe she is a member company and you should be able to find a link to her site in the Stamping Bella forum.

Good luck Annie! Those sound like grea ideas. Just make sure that you're allowed to sell food items. If the fair is in a synagogue, they may have strict kashrut rules that would prohibit homemade food. What about some Chanukah, Rosh Hashanah, or Pesach cards?

We're good for food items. My friend is making frozen Challah dough. I thought that was a great idea. I'll take more ideas!! I not sure how the Rosh Hashanah cards will go it's a long time to store them.

I was in a Hanukkah craft fair a couple of years ago. Two cute things I made were these color me cards:
Color-Me Cards Rubber Stamping & Card Making with Yapha

And these Hanukkah tags:
Hanukkah Rubber Stamping & Card Making with Yapha

I also made some dress your own Maccabees with a Cricut paper doll cartridge. I had the different pieces andd in a cello bag. I can't find a picture of those right now.
