Default Jewelry Holder from 12 x 12 frame?
I recently saw, in an email newsletter I think, a jewelry holder made from a 12 x 12 scrapbook frame. I want to make one for my daughter and I cannot find the instructions. I'm not sure who it came from, Cricut, Oh My Crafts, 2 Peas??? Did anybody else get this and have the instructions? I have searched online and cannot find it. Thanks!

That is the basic idea. The one that I saw used hooks and handles to hold the jewelry. I am still searching for the newsletter.
