Default ISO SHIMMER AND SHINE CUT FILES

My granddaughter is turning 4 and would like a shimmer and shine birthday party. I always make table decor for the tables. This year I purchased on easy shimmer and shine cutting files but when I downloaded it tried to open the svg file to bring into silhouette but it looks like a Clipart. I have purchased files from companies like treasure box designs and brought the svg over and it comes in pieces so I can cut and paper piece. This etsy purchase svg is all together like a picture. What do I do to get it in pieces?

I realize your question may not be Silhouette-specific, but there is an entire SCS forum dedicated to Silhouette so you might want to check that forum out and/or post your dilemna on that forum: Silhouette (Cameo) Chatter by Joan B at Splitcoaststampers
