Default ISO Cloud Stamp

Not an outline of a cloud, but a solid cloud image that I can stamp with white or gray ink on blue paper to make a sky. I bought the new Hero Arts Cloud Background stamp but can't get a good impression, no matter what ink I use. I've tried Memento, Palette, Colorbox Chalk and pigment...no luck. I've cleaned and sanded the stamp, too. Any ideas?

I would just cut one freehand twice out of fun foam, stick them together and attach them to a spare wooden block or some EZ-mount. I've quite often used fun foam to make solid stamps in basic shapes.

The Hero Arts stamp isn't necessarily designed to give a truly solid, blacked out impression. If you look at it closely (well, maybe not now, since it's been sanded), you'll see teeny tiny dots that make up the "solid" area. This leaves the density of the sky up to the stamper. I have that stamp and use it with chalk ink. Sometimes I just do a thin layer to get a more mottled look, other times I really put on a nice thick layer of ink to get a more dense look. Good luck!
