Default Incentive STamps

I saw the Incentive STamps on the Supply order form and would like to know what to do with them. Will you please share why you order these and what they are for?? I think they are cute and love how the coordinate with other sets, but why are they classifed under Incentive Stamps.

Thanks from a newb.

They're supply items for demos to use in promoting their businesses, and are not available for purchase from the catalog. My upline had a basket full of them that you got to pick from if you were the hostess, or placed an order of a certain amount... however the demo wants to use them as an incentive to prompt customers to place an order.
