Default I need a CLOCK for my craftroom! :)

Ladies! If you could put on your thinking caps or creative minds - I need a really cute, fun, colorful?! CLOCK for my craftroom! I have searched a bit but haven't really found one - not looking for anything in particular, just something that would look nice in, well, a scrap/stampin room! LOL!

I am sure you all have seen some good ones! Cute ones! PLMK what you find ~ I'm really easy to please and pretty open, LOVE bright colors & just need to be able to see what time it is when I'm in there (right now, the only clock is about 1/4" digital on a cd player which I can't even read at the wee hours!)

Thanks, I appreciate all your lookin' in advance!
Blessings,

I am looking for the same thing - with purples and aquas if possible, but anything bright and fun would be great. I wear a watch but want a bright pretty clock.

My bathroom clock is guardian angels and each angel is for a different situation - it chimes but I have those turned off so they don't drive me crazy!! It was a gift from a dear elderly friend and I think of her every day.

For the craft room I want something fun like Kelly is looking for. TIA for any hints or ideas.

I know you can get clock parts at the craft stores. You may want to decorate your own to match your decor.

Just a thought.

Oh that would be cute - you can buy the gears and stuff at Ben Franklin but I rent so probably would have to stamp on wood and made a clock...but great idea, Rachel, and everyone else, thanks!!

I've seen people do some fantastic altered clocks with cheap ones they picked up wherever. I'd go for that - then you can make it to suit your own style and colours.

I bought a really inexpensive one at Wal-Mart that you can take the face off and redecorate for yourself. It all comes apart and I do different seasons or whatever I feel like. HTH. Kate

I am sure I have seen a clock that can be decorated at my LSS, but I am not sure of the brand or anything. I will look next time I am there.

I purposely left the clock OUT of my new craft room. I didn't want to have to worry about time when I'm back there.

Alli Miles decorated a really cute one a few weeks ago, check out her blog - around July 12th entry.

If I did it correctly, here is a quick link to a photo of it.

You could decorate it anyway you wanted to match your decor.

Good luck!

Allie's clock is cute, Beverly, thank you. I am getting some great ideas, but usually hate anything I produce!! Maybe this time will be different. Etsy had a cute one that was machine embroidered with little flowers. thanks, ladies.

LOL, that's funny. I have no choice - I am now going to have to get back to picking up the kids from school starting mid-August and would hate to miss pick up time - whoops! Plus, last night I was stamping and one hour lead to another and I ended up going to bed at ........ 2:30 AM!!!!!!! Insane!

If you want to make your own there are some great ideas.... If you want something larger than the CD clock - I've bought round wood clocks in the target dollar bin to alter.... Of course they are still waiting to be altered but they are a great size!
