I voted 800-1000. There is a good chance that I have over a 1000. For me it is not a question of how many do I own, but can I find the one I want when I need it.

I voted low. I don't have many individual stamps but I do have a ton of sets. If you counted them individually then wow, way over 1,000 but then you did not say anything about sets.

I have over 1,000 - 25+ years worth and only a few sets. I still have lots of stamps from the 80's and 90's and I did give away some to my young nieces and nephew a few years ago but they are no longer interested so I'm keeping them - and still use them!

I voted about 50-100, but I've grouped them into "sets" so I'm not sure.

Oh, oops. This is only wood-mounted stamps which have now been unmounted. I forgot to include individual cling rubber stamps (LOTS of Magnolia Tildas!!) and individual clear stamps (though I only have a handful of these). I guess maybe 200 is more accurate.

I was hoping I could place a vote for "Not Enough".

I'm not sure I'll ever think I have enough!

My vote would be 100-200. I've only been stamping for a coupld of years, but have managed to accumulate quite a few.

For just individual stamps, I have 200+. But if you count stamps in sets, well over 1000. Funny comment from your husband, my husband thinks the whole concept of a stamp is so obsolete it blows his mind that people still buy them. And he buys plenty, lol!

I have between 100-200 individual stamps that were purchased that way (as individual stamps) but, like many others here, if you count all the stamps that are in sets, it's a bizillion or so

I have close to 6,000 stamps. Some bought in sets but I separate all my sets into categories unless they have to be together (ex. Loads of Love).

What a scary question! I don't even want to think about it - I have too many that have never been used - I found enough sets (to make shipping reasonable) I liked from a couple of companies (can you say Verve and PTI) where the DT work was amazing but when they arrived found I could not make anything nice. So with only a stamp or two having been used they all sit still un-inked and unloved waiting for me to put the effort into finding someone to sell them to.

But a couple of the companies I tried, TGF and MiC, do click with me so I will admit to having a couple of dozen red rubber goodies

Many people don't have sets, or very few. It's hard to determine how to develop a poll question that will suit everyone. For instance I have less than 10 sets. If I'd have asked how many sets, then people like me couldn't answer.

Hard to know how to ask the question - ya know? lol

Voted 500-800 and it doesn't include sets. I started stamping 20+ years ago when individual stamps were the way they were predominantly sold in stores. That number is considerably lower after a few "purgings" the last couple of years.

Wow, More than 1000! I would be in stamping heaven I thought I had a lot and I have about 100-200 including sets. But I only started last year but only with one company. This year I've started with other complanies.

Well yes I was surprised. I don't think I've space to store 1000s - maybe someday I'll get there

LOL, I was thinking I would tell my DH too and get the Very reasonable woman award but looks like it may not work

Amen, SISTER. My hubby knows not to even TRY to go "there".. all I have to do is march him downstairs to his garage (which never holds a working car - only projects and his warehouse of tools and gadgets!) Fortunately, he doensn't mind... actually likes that I have a hobby "too"

Heart # of stamps... gosh, i love them ALL!

Most of my stamps are in sets.. I have two 2" binders full of those "mini" stamps (they're in baseball card protector sheets). One is full of seasonal minis and the other is mostly sentiments and general images/icons.

I have two 2" Mead zippered binders of red rubber stamps - mostly cling, with one section of unmounted from Stamping Bella (Love!) (zippers keep the clings IN and the dog fur OUT!)

I have 10 total of these 2" binders so that leaves 6 which are full of sets. Most of these sheet protectors hold 2 sets (I staple and cut them to create customized pockets). So if you count those, gosh, I do have way over a thousand. I'd say multiple 1000s even (eek).. but I wouldn't really normally count each individual within each stamp set. I dunno!

I do have two drawers full of mounted stamps. one is full of background stamps from hero arts and the other is full of smaller mounted stamps, and lots of those are the budget ones from Ms. Ohhhhh yes then there is the photo-storage box of christmas mounted stamps. Oh my. lol...
