Default Helping finding second page of tutorial

I came across a tutorial for making a gift bag from two 12 by 12 pieces of designer paper. The only problem is I can't find the second page of the tutorial with the key measurements and score lines anywhere. I only have the first page of the tutorial that shows the bag and materials needed. I'd really love to make this gift bag. If anyone has a link to the second page could you please post it.

Here's the link I have to the first page:

If anyone has the original tutorial bookmarked or knows where to find it, I'd love that too so I could print it out for future reference.

I have made the bag several times. I think these are what you are looking for:

Leslie Miller shows a variation of this bag on her blog. She folded the top down 2.25" to make a border, which also reinforces the area for the eyelets. Running With Scissors… » Coloring Today — From Nature’s Perspective

I may have to try this one too for a more rectangular bag.

If you ever lose a second page again, or want to find where something came from, search using quotation marks. This locks the sequence of words and includes all the words in the text string (usually words like "the" are omitted). All you need to do is quote maybe 10-11 words in the correct sequence as your Google input and your source should come up.

Grab your favourite book, pop a sentence in quotation marks and check it out!
