Help! Viking $20 off code isn't working

HELP!!! I've ordered over $50 and added the $20 off coupon code and it still shows that I owe $50... When I look in my shopping cart, it shows the $20 off coupon but the value is $0.00... What am I doing wrong???

I ordered on Monday morning with a code of DZ2-PRD20 and it worked but I ended up having to order over $100 worth of stuff because the mono and refills only counted I guess. I wasn't really sure because the numbers they came up with weren't the same numbers I came up with. (It kept saying I spent only $15 when I had already spent about $50!!)

In the end I had to order 40 mono refills and 9 cases (that's what I originally ordered) and 3 boxes of envelopes and THEN finally got the $20 off. Oh well, I'm sharing my mono with a friend and I'm sure I will use the rest for workshops, etc.
The good thing is when I received my order (the next day--and free shipping) I received 8 free refills! Who can complain about that?!

Did you "see" the $20 deducted from your total due??? When I add the free bag, I can see where the $39.99 has been deducted... Thanks for all your help... I'm new at this and I need lots of hand-holding...

Yes, at the end it said minus $59.99 (which was the $20 coupon and the travel bag), but it's tricky because I ordered so much more than $50 to get the $20 off. Like the earlier message said, I had to order 40 mono refills along with a few other things. I wonder if some items are excluded (they don't count towards the coupon)?!
At the end it will say minus 59.99 IF it accepted the coupon. When I put the coupon in, at the top it said that I had only spent $15 and I had really spent $50...that's what confused me. So I just kept ordering because I knew that I would be using all of it anyway.

I just got off the phone with a very rude and unhelpful woman from Viking who told me that $20 off code expired yesterday. Does anyone have a current code?

I tried to place my order on Monday too. I kept getting System down for repair notices. The totals were always messed up. I tried again on Tuesday morning and it went through fine.

I tried the code listed above right now and it does not take it off. It says on the letter I got that the offer expires on 1/14/05. So it should still be good.

That explains why it wasn't working... Duh... Oh well, I still placed an order... The mono was too good of a price to pass up... Plus I still got the free shipping and free travel bag...
