Help! Need candycane poem

Hi! I hope someone can help me. I remember reading a cute poem about candycane seeds. You use peppermint candies and it is something like plant the candycane seeds and you get a candycane. Anyone know what I am talking about? Did I dream this? I have looked everywhere. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
