help me find a set, please ?

Hi,

My S Up demo just bought out her uplines whole inventory and is looking to sell the sets she doesn't want to keep. (I went last night and bought some from her. No money to spend at convention now...oh well ! :???: ) Anyway I am asking for her because I have more time to be here than she does...boy that is scary !

The one I can't find is "Tender Toille". I have catty's from '98-'99 on and can't find it. Is that set older than that or am I missing it ?

Another question is on "Seasonal Birds"...it was a hostess set in the '02-'03 catty but seems like it didn't make the later catty's.

There might be more and I will ask later if need be...

She was also asking what to sell these for...how much off the book price do you think ? I told her to post here once she is ready and I would help her out...or she might do e-bay on some of the ones that seem to go well there. She is just hoping to get what she paid back out of them. She is such a wonderful gal, I adore her and want to help out. She kept a bunch of sets and I told her I would be back to go through once more after I had time to think ! I was on overload last night !

Sorry this is long. My posts have a tendency to do that. BTW I ramble in real life too ! lol TIA for your help ! This is such a great 'family' !

Hi! Tender Toile is a Hostess Appreciation set from a couple years ago. So it was never in available as a "regular" set. HTH

Thanks for answering me...I went through all my cataloges from 1998 on till this years and didn't find Tender Toile anywhere. Could it have been a demo only set ? Or in one of those Scrapbooking Extra catty's ? I am still trying to find out ! Does anyone have any ideas ? TIA

Onita's answert is correct. Only hostesses received this set. Not available in catalog.

Was it ever even pictured in a catty ?

When S Up has their hostess sets I notice sometimes a set ends up in the next catalog and sometimes it doesn't. Do they wait and see how many hostesses pick it for their reward set before they decide it should be available to everyone ?

It was a quarterly hostess appreciation set, in a mini catalog. It would not be in a regular yearly catalog. I personally don't know how SU decides which hostess sets go into the catalog.

That would explain it. I looked through the mini's I kept, too, but it must've been in one I didn't keep. Thanks !
