Has anyone tried to create a light box out of one of the existing Expedit cubes?

I scrap out of my bedroom so I don't have the space to have a large lightbox lying around when I'm not photographing projects.

I was wondering if I could just attach lights to my expedit cube and take pictures of my projects that way? I'll have to play with the wattage I suppose of the light bulbs I get.

Any advice on this or any tips on building lightboxes in general are appreciated. Thanks!

Ching, I a few months ago found a website, several actually, with instructions to build a light box. Some of the websites included Expedit cube.

I was going to build one, but time got away.

Funny you should ask this question...I have a small bookshelf in my craft room. It is white. I have a light box,but don't like having to get it out every time I wanted to take a picture. I clipped my lamps (I use 2 incandescent) to the shelf above the cubbie and flood it with light. My pictures have never looked better! I still have to tweak them a little bit,but I'm happy with it and it takes up no extra space.
