Default Has it all changed?

I just tried to go to the Rubbernecker site and it is all different. Then I tried to log in to my account and it wouldn't let me. I have books full of stamps from there and it was one of my favorite web stores. When did this all happen??

I just went onto the website and noticed the change you mentioned. Have you tried e-mailing customer service? I have only purchased stamps twice from Rubbernecker and both times were at a convention. Most recently I purchased a boat load of stamps at the June Scrapbook Expo in NJ. I remember looking at their website around that time and I don't recall seeing this layout.

I have to say though, the site now is really nice, well organized, pleasing to the eye and there appears to be a few new stamps that I wish I saw at the convention.

The stamps I purchased are still on the website. I don't know about any older stamps. Have you tried clicking on the different subcategories to see if your stamps are still there?

If they don't appear, I'd just shoot them an e-mail.

Rubbernecker just updated the website this past week. Sorry for the bump in the road--but it will be a better site in the long run.

Just went to check it out. I think it's a nice update from the old site.
The only issue is that I initially went into the card gallery by mistake, and there's no link to buy the stamp that's in the example. Conversely, there doesn't appear to be links from the actual stamp pages to the corresponding sample.
Hopefully this is something they will add in th future.
