Default gloss paper

can you stamp with color box pigment ink on gloss paper?

Sure, but if you want the ink to dry, emboss it. Using a heat gun without embossing might work.

A heat gun will do the job. I just used one colour of ColorBox pigment on gloss-finished chipboard today, because it was the only colour I didn't have in chalk inks. I had to heat set it, but it is fine.
