Gina K. used to have a storefront outside of Madison, Wisconsin. Has the store closed? I know they used to have sporadic hours. It could be that they've used the facility to focus on internet business. I had the pleasure of meeting Gina at her store on a trip through Wisconsin a few years ago, and I can say that she is the nicest, most genuine person! A real class act!
I second everything Mary Rose has to say! Except I only *almost* got to stop in at her store once. We were on a trip and just ran out of time. I've seen photos of the store, too.
