HI ALL- just wondering if anyone has any suggestions ?? :? I was putting together some "gift packs" using SU gable boxes to show customers. Example: Caught a BUG? decorating box with bug builders and a alphabet set and filling it with box of cup a soup, large mug, sm. pack tissues, sm. cello bag with cough drops, tea bags and a get well card.I was trying to come up with some more ideas like maybe New mommy or new daddy , college student , bride to be, teacher etc.. and what to fill them with? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated !! I think these will make great gifts! Lisa
how about a big brother/big sister box. One you could give to a boy or girl who's mommy is going to have a baby? All this baby talk around here is going to my head. It could have some craysons and paper, candy, a little book and/or toy. And it could be things that he/she could play with during the delivery or after the baby is born.
Welcome to the neighborhood box (was it camsmom asking about this the other day) with stuff like a candle, pad, pen but also a list of local phone numbers (of course including pizza!) and coupons for local restaurants/stores.
College student: a prepaid calling card (even though they all have cell phones now!!!!), a roll of quarters (gotta do laundry at some point!) stamps and a pack of cards & envelopes, candy, etc.
Gosh, now I want to make one! What a fun question! I want to hear everyone elses ideas!!!
I LOVE these ideas! I want to order some boxes now
I make one for the young women at church when it is their birthday. I put in their favorite candy, some birthday hugs and kisses with a stamped topper saying so. A pack of bubbles (they love to blow them everywhere) and a jr legal pad with their name on it.
I stamp the box with birthday stuff on the outside in their favorite colors.
What about a Stampin' Around! box for your favorite "wheel" stamper. You could include a wheel for the occasion, a handle, an ink cartridge, and maybe another goodie -- my thought was chocolate!
My mom did this for a friend who had a baby. The woman scrapbooks and her husband is a fireman. The baby is a boy so of course will be brought up with lots of fireman stuff. So she got the tire track wheel, a handle, a cartridge, and added the firefighter set as well. Her friend absolutely loved it!!
